The Ten Points Residence is a custom timber frame home with SIPS (structural insulated panels) roof and walls. The spiral stair case is custom built to access the 3 levels of the home. This house has full basement, main level, a loft, and a ladder to a small cupola room. The frame is built from Eastern White Pine, locally sourced and sawed.
