Custom Built Home in Weaverville, NC

This custom conventional home was built on a very tough building site. The site was very steep and a lot of unusual rock was encountered, which necessitated specialized excavating equipment and a geotechnical engineer.

The main house has a full basement that was finished later by Red Shed Woodworks. The garage foundation required engineering due to the steep site, code requirements, and wall heights with compacted stone infill.
